It’s Raining Men (Script)
A dark comedy set in 1981. Monte, a naive and romantic suburban teenage boy, wanders into the gay scene in Hollywood and meets Drew, a gorgeous, unstable gay porn star who takes him on a wild emotional ride. Meanwhile Monte’s mom Marilyn becomes obsessed with a sexy Mexican plumber, and Drew’s friend Larry, a porn producer, meets and moves in with a dominant dwarf named Daddy but comes up against his own emotional unavailability.

It’s Raining Men (Novel)
The novel version of my story goes deeper into the psychology of the characters, and describes the world of gay Los Angeles versus suburbia at that particular moment in time.
Bubbles
Jordy, a lonely, selfish, charismatic and hysterical white gay man, uses pandemic lockdown laws to trap people inside his home, gathering an unwilling family of characters that span the spectrum of race, gender, age, sexuality and political persuasion. Lincoln, a Trinidadian “guest,” tries to escape and gets beaten up by the police; the video goes viral as he gets romantically involved with Vlad, a young autistic Creole man who lives across the street. Vlad and his family are Marxist-Leninist identity thieves who have been targeting Jordy.
Psychics
Cara, an aimless event planner and aspiring filmmaker, is best friends with a wealthy businesswoman who goes by Ingrith, then Jordaliu. Cara is in deep denial that Jordaliu is fucking her boyfriend Rodrick. Cara gets drawn into a cult led by Guru Gopaulypaul, who grooms her to work for him, but while she’s at the compound she discovers that they are cloning celebrity faces onto animal bodies.
When Jordaliu finds out about the guru she tries to get ownership of him; there’s a megawatt attraction between them but they go to war trying to take control of each other’s companies. Rodrick goes missing. The elderly gay owner of Barney’s Barn Bar, a diner near the compound, helps Jordaliu raid the celebrity animal farm in a helicopter. Cara gets stuck running the guru's pretentious film festival with some self-important programmers, longing for Rodrick to come back. Jordaliu changes her name to Sayonabria; will she and Guru Gopaulypaul ever come together as a couple? Or will they destroy each other first?
